Flat Rate Shipping

  • Orders under $75 CAD (after discounts, before taxes): $15 CAD flat rate

Customs & Border Processing

U.S. deliveries may occasionally take longer due to customs processing. We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize delays and appreciate your patience.

DHL Express

  • Most U.S. areas: 2–5 business days

International Shipping (Outside Canada & USA)

At this time, we do not ship internationally (outside Canada and the U.S.). We’re actively working on expanding our shipping options and will update the site once international service is available.

To purchase Arirang Beauty products internationally, you may shop through our authorized retailer, such as Cosmetic World.

Carrier Delays

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. If your shipment experiences an unusual delay, please contact hello@arirangbeauty.com and we’ll open a service request with the carrier.

Please note: we’re unable to send a replacement shipment until the carrier confirms the status of the original package.

Tracking

All Canadian and U.S. shipments include tracking. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you have an account, you can also view tracking details in your order history.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact hello@arirangbeauty.com so we can assist.

Please note: if a parcel is delivered to a PO Box, we cannot be responsible for damage caused by extreme temperatures, theft, or exposure.

Unclaimed Parcels

If delivery cannot be completed, your parcel may be held at a local post office for pickup. Please follow the instructions on your delivery notice or use your tracking link to confirm the pickup location.

To collect your parcel, you’ll need:

  • Your delivery notice

  • Government-issued photo ID with your address

Important: parcels must be collected within 10 business days. After this period, the package will be returned to us and your order will be cancelled and refunded minus return shipping costs.

Out of Stock Items

Occasionally, an item may be temporarily unavailable. If this affects your order, our team will email you with an update.

If your order contains both in-stock and out-of-stock items, we will ship your order once all items are available.
